Climb Every Mountain...

Ha ha! Bet you thought this was going to be an autism post didn't you!

Well, it's not.

It's a laundry post. You know the pile of clean laundry you dump on your bed so you're sure to fold it, but by the end of the exhausting day, this is what happens (ignore the lack of door trim around the door. It's a work in progress, people):


And then it sits there for three more days.

And then it becomes part of the bedroom furniture... can you spy the sleeping boy?

Until finally, after a week of picking through the pile for sock matches and underwear, we get back into the system:


And it's just amazing how life is so much more manageable when the laundry's done.

I totally remember loving to nestle into a pile of clean laundry for a nap when I was a kid! It was irresistible.
